  Fantastic! I never leave hungry. The hot pot comes with $2 beers, sushi, and half price Chinese food. Waitstaff is friendly and fast the the hot pot is all you can eat for $19.99!

  Ichiban is a hidden gem in the heart of braintree. I usually go to Chinatown for hot pot but little did I know this little place existed. Lovely staff who treat you right making sure all your needs are met. The buffet hot pot option is full of tasty treats but they don't include clams, and or dumplings, for those you have to pay separately. Another great thing is that they have $1.99 draft beer year round and boy are their beer selection vast as well as great tasting, not at all watered down. The broth is exceptional and the servings are generous, I couldn't stop eating and I like to blame the sauce they offer you. Also the buffet style hot pot includes a small selection of sushi that you can order as well. Like I said before this place truly is a gem that if you're not looking for it you'll probably drive right past it.

  It was a quiet night when I visited with a party of 7 a few months ago. Overall, the food was great and the atmosphere was fine. Weird water features and leds kinda deal.
  
  While the food was tasty - especially the clams and the ice tofu - the service left something to be desired. We were one of three or so parties, yet we had to fight to get the attention of the staff for things like utensils and drink refills.
  
  I will say, the all you can eat includes non-hot pot items which is great. Good value if you can eat lots!
  
  There's a small parking lot directly adjacent to the restaurant.
  
  Overall, there are other places with larger selections I'd rather visit.
