  I did not order from this Chili's for 1 year since their service was horrible. Nothing had changed. When you order a side salad and nachos it should be a fairly low maintenance order. Nope, not here. They sent me cold, jumbled nachos stuck to the paper. I ordered no onions on my salad, onions all over it. I asked for new nachos and the manager. I watched him stand in the kitchen for 15 minutes before coming to me to say it will be out soon. No, oh hey sorry about that. Nothing. Then brought my new food over(only reason I put 2 stars)and said, they were ready and that they have to stack them. Yeah, stack fine, throw them in a box and hope I don't notice until I get home and don't come back; not ok. I highly recommend to stay away from here.

  A nice family restaurant. Always crowded during Friday evenings. My husband and I have a great time and my toddler loves to eat on her own here! Good variety of food and friendly staff.
